Wealthy couple sue UBS for losses

A wealthy Indonesian couple are suing UBS’ Singapore branch for $8.6m for alleged losses on “unsuitable” foreign exchange products sold to them by the bank, according to a Straits Times report.

Turniady and Rosemary Widjaja lost the money last year on trades in currency derivatives known as accumulators, said the report.
