WestLB risk chief exits

One of WestLB's top risk managers has quit the bank amid a management reshuffle, after the German lender racked up €604m ($825m) in proprietary trading losses in the first half of the year.

Marcus Kramer, WestLB's head of credit risk management, has left the bank.
