White & Case recruits third Linklaters capital markets lawyer

White & Case, the law firm, has hired Heather Pilley, a financial markets consultant from Linklaters, as a derivatives partner in its expanding structured finance and capital markets team in London.

Pilley is the third lawyer this year to join White & Case from Linklaters following the arrivals of David Barwise in January and Tim Jeveons in March.
