As the cold months draw in, the idea of gathering with a few friends to indulge in fine food and wine in comfort and privacy, perhaps after taking in a brisk but picturesque walk through London’s Hyde Park, holds growing appeal.

With this in mind, French chef Alain Ducasse, resident chef at the Dorchester Hotel, is planning a number of exclusive wine-tasting dinners in the hotel's private rooms over the coming months.
