Hong Kong-based investment firm ZZ Capital has opened up a London office and hired a former dealmaker from private equity firm KKR, according to filings with Companies House.

The move comes amid a surge of Chinese investment in UK assets, as non-domestic investors spy opportunities following a decline in the value of sterling since the EU Referendum.
